Modern Izakaya Experience

No Izakaya experience is complete without delectable food. From handrolls and sashimi to hot dishes and sandos, the food is unfussy but with technical finesse, and are all designed for sharing and to pair cocktails for a comprehensive Izakaya experience.

Start with indulgent choices like Moga Samurai Roll where prawn tempura is layered with fresh yellowtail, creamy avocado and a dollop of house made Sriracha yuzu aioli for a delightfully textured bite; and Chicken Kaarage for a perennial favourite with marinated fried chicken and sides of karashi mayo and spicy tonkatsu sauce for dips.

From the Robatayaki section, go for the Miso Grilled Cod that marinates wild-caught Japanese black cod in a secret den miso for days, before being grilled simply; the perfectly seared Hokkaido Scallop on a bed of yuzu soy and truffle butter sauce, best enjoyed with a touch of wasabi; and the crowd-favorite Chicken Meatball served with runny sous vide egg and spicy teriyaki sauce to give a creamy and savoury finish before each bite.
