Ink & Smoke at MOGĀ x ODEM
An exclusive one-night collaboration of Japanese and Korean flavours, handcrafted cocktails, and fine tattoo artistry.
On 13 August 2026, MOGA welcomes acclaimed Korean restaurant ODEM for Ink & Smoke, an immersive collaboration where exceptional food, creative cocktails, and live tattoo artistry come together for one unforgettable evening.

MOGA’s Head Chef Leon Quek joins forces with Group R&D Chef Bae Yumi of ODEM to present a limited-edition menu. Expect thoughtfully crafted dishes that showcase seasonal ingredients, refined techniques, and bold combinations, perfectly paired with four exclusive cocktails created specially for the night.

Adding a unique artistic element to the evening is Charlotte Joy, a tattoo artist known for her intricate microrealism designs.

Guests can book the exclusive Cocktail + Tattoo Package (S$32++), which includes one handcrafted cocktail and one fine-line tattoo—creating a keepsake to remember long after the night ends.

From signature dishes like Bluefin Tuna with fried mochi and tonnato sauce, Hamachi Collar, and ODEM’s Abalone Boribap, to collaborative highlights including the Ankimo Kimchi Pancake and Tochigi A4 Wagyu Striploin, Ink & Smoke celebrates craftsmanship across every plate and pour. Finish with indulgent desserts including Chocolate Burdock Tart or Purin with miso caramel.
Whether you’re visiting for the kitchen takeover, handcrafted cocktails, or exclusive tattoo experience, Ink & Smoke offers a one-night-only experience where food, drink, and art come together under one roof.
