Manila Takeover at MOGA
This July, MOGĀ is turning over the counter to the vibrant, high-energy cocktail scene of Manila. For two exclusive nights, we are hosting a powerhouse double-feature guest shift series showcasing five of the Philippines’ finest bartending talents, game-changers, and award-winners.
From advanced flavour techniques to soulful neighbourhood classics, come experience the ultimate celebration of Filipino mixology, culture, and hospitality right here in Singapore.

We kick off the takeover by bridging futuristic flair with reimagined classics. Stepping behind the bar from RAION – awarded Tatler’s Best New Bar (2025) in the Philippines – is Head Bartender Shinichi Itoh (Ichi), who fuses advanced techniques with a futuristic edge to challenge your palate. Joining him is Clyde Ferrer from ReCraft, bringing the laid-back, creative neighbourhood charm of Quezon City alongside playful, inventive twists on soulful cocktail classics.

For our grand finale, we team up with DrinkCollectiv and The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta to bring you an absolute powerhouse trio dominating Manila’s bar landscape. Ken Bandivas, Co-founder of The Grasshopper Bar in Makati, is known for sleek style and flawless execution, treating every cocktail as a complex, beautifully told story. Beside him, Rian Asiddao, Co-founder of Bar By East and The Jury, seamlessly pairs warm, high-energy hospitality with bold, meticulously structured flavour profiles. Rounding out the night is Aaron Aw, Organiser of The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta and DBWY, a true champion of the regional bar scene who brings festive, curated flavours and high-octane energy behind the sticks.
Expect bold flavours, good company, and a little omotenashi as Manila meets MOGĀ for an evening of cocktails, connection, and fun.
Exclusive guest menus and custom serves will be available for one night only per act. Seats are highly limited and will fill up fast—secure your reservation today to experience the absolute best of Manila’s cocktail craft.
