He began in club bars, mastering essential skills before joining 28 Hong Kong Street in 2017, where he delved into the complexities of artisanal drinks. His career includes stints at Neon Pigeon, Barbary Coast, and Potato Head Singapore. At Nutmeg & Clove, he showcased his expertise by crafting their 10th-anniversary menu. Now as Bar Manager of MOGA at Pullman Singapore Hill Street, Gavin aims to make MOGA a top destination, blending Japanese flavors with his creative touch.
