On Friday, 30 October 2026, MOGĀ joins forces with the iconic Kinki Restaurant + Bar for an exclusive, one-night-only 8-hands takeover. This exciting event brings together Head Chef Leon Quek and Bar & Restaurant Manager Ralph Allen Santos from MOGĀ alongside Head Chef Terence Ong from Kinki and Bar Manager Karenthyna Gill from CIN CIN. Together, they merge refined Japanese craftsmanship with bold, rebellious street-style flavour. Running from 6 PM till late at MOGĀ, this adults-only event (18+) promises an unforgettable evening of food, drinks, and sound.

An Unmissable Night of Craftsmanship and Beat

This exclusive collaboration brings together four distinct culinary and mixology talents to redefine urban Japanese dining. Throughout the evening, guests can enjoy six bespoke cocktails (three curated by MOGĀ and three by CIN CIN) with signature dishes and special collaborative creations. Additionally, THIS BAND THING will be playing live music, setting a lively backdrop as guests indulge in the best of both worlds.

A Fusion of Rich, Bold, and Rebellious Flavours

The culinary lineup strikes a perfect balance between delicate ocean flavours, savoury bites, and rich comfort food. Kinki delivers its signature rebellious edge through standout dishes, starting with the vibrant Golden Age Roll. In addition, savour comforting flavours like Ebi Laksa Gyoza and tender Miso Charsiew Pork Jowl. Finally, round out the feast with a robust Curry Lamb Rack and crisp Sapporo Cauli.

MOGĀ complements these intense flavours with elegant, indulgent creations. Guests can enjoy the luxurious melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu Beef Roll and delicate Ankimo paired with earthy, crispy sunchoke chips. To complete the spread, smoky Grilled Tiger Prawns come bathed in a rich, comforting sake bisque.
