Kicking Off With Tuna Carving
The celebrations begin on 5 November with our official anniversary showcase priced at S$68++ per guest. Look forward to a spectacular live whole tuna carving by Chef Sin Keun ‘SK’ Choi. Additionally, enjoy an incredible spread of sashimi, rolls, cold dishes, hot favourites, and Japanese sweets. Furthermore, we are thrilled to host a special guest shift featuring Employees Only, ranked at 89 in Asia’s 100 Best Bars 2025, alongside Bar Bon Funk, ranked at 90 in Asia’s 100 Best Bars 2026.

On 12 November, we welcome a special guest shift by The Keefer Bar, proudly recognised as North America’s number seven and Canada’s number one bar. The celebration rolls on when we are joined on 17 November by The Bar Kakure, featured on the prestigious 50 Discovery list. Shortly after, on 18 November, we welcome Sidecar, ranked at 26 in the World’s 50 Best Bars 2022 and 18 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023. Finally, on 25 November, ARGO takes our bar counter, proudly ranked at 25 in the World’s 50 Best Bars 2026 and 37 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026.
